Jim Frankel serves as the Founder and Chairman of Frankel Design Build(FDB), the most award-winning custom luxury home builders in Houston. As a native Houstonian, Jim has spent the last 30 years helping clients throughout the city with lot acquisition, unique design and project development, as well as innovating solutions for flood-prone areas and challenging homesites. Jim was one of the first Graduate Master Builders in the United States, built the first custom home in Cinco Ranch, and became the exclusive estate builder in the Cinco Communities.
